  I hired this agency for end-of-tenancy cleaning. They demanded full payment upfront and promised an invoice afterward, which I never received despite multiple follow-ups. I paid £190 directly to their bank because they insisted and gave a £50 cash tip to the cleaner, who was working alone for whole day instead of having someone to help her. The agency tried to charge more due to a split-level layout, even though it’s a standard one-bedroom. Cleaning was okay but not deep—some areas were missed. Poor communication overall. Avoid paying directly to their bank, use the app to protect yourself.

  Life-saver last minute end of tenancy deep clean

  I couldn’t rate this service more highly. Our cleaner was not only very responsive, warm and polite but also perfectly on time and delivered an excellent quality clean. She also helped us out very last minute as our original cleaner dropped out the day before. My partners words were “It looks totally amazing!”

  Home deep cleaning

  Carpet cleaning work was excellent with all the machinery. One downside is that I had to push to learn that the carpets take a full day to dry in good ventilation. This information should be highlighted in advance. I was charged extra for parking fees, and were informed on the cleaning day. , it should be included in price which is already quite hefty. For general cleaning, Galina was really good with her work but her partner arrived late and was already tired from previous work. I had to ask from her to do some specifics over and over again. It ended up a fine job in the end overall.
