Mitch came over to refit two radiators, one of which needed a new fitting.
Mitch attended on time and was friendly throughout.
Both radiators were not fitted correctly and I had to ask Mitch to redo the work, as he did not recognise these errors until pointed out to him. Mitch was unable to understand how to re-pressurise the boiler afterwards, leaving to come back again. Instead of paying extra, I consulted a self help guide found quickly on YouTube and fixed the issue myself.
Four hours to fit two radiators, without checking if done correctly, and not re-pressurising the boiler on leaving.

I’m sorry you feel this way, however as explained to you when fitting the radiators, due to the wall quality behind where the radiators were being fitted I have done the best that I could. As discussed I offered to return to look at the boiler another day as you don’t yet live there, which you expressed would be okay. I also had another job to attend to that day. Due to this all I only charged for 2.5hrs (instead of 4hrs) worth of work plus materials. Again I’m sorry that you feel like this, a phone call to discuss this would of been appreciated.
