Impressed with the service

Called into the office with a description of the problem in the morning and an engineer called round in the afternoon. Sam was on time and was polite, tidy and friendly. He found the problem and quickly made a temporary fix, all within the inclusive one hour time frame.

Excellent helpful Staff and prompt response to enquiries

Gair Gas are a very efficient and reliable company All of the staff , the office team and the engineers are polite, friendly and helpful . It is really good to know that calls and enquiries will be handled quickly and efficiently. It's also good to get an excellent service for smaller repairs that we are no longer able to do ourselves. Would highly recommend .

Suspected water leakage

I reported a suspected leak from my loft tank or pipework. There was a very prompt response and the engineer came that day. A thorough inspection was made and no leak was discovered. The leakage was due to a damaged roof tile.
