He gave us a detailed and competitive quote, great communication and advice as we chose our finishes and materials, and completed the job to a high standard on time and on budget. He was super reliable and friendly, and gave helpful suggestions to make the layout better. We're really happy with the result, Would recommend.

I contacted Gavin after seeing a mention on Facebook, and am absolutely delighted I did! An amazing customer service. Gavin contacted me after sending me the quote to talk me through everything. He made suggestions and checked my choices before I purchased them. Gavin not only replaced all the plumbing, he built the shower tray, as it had to be raised, the toilet enclosure and vanity unit as well as tiled three walls. He made the whole process stress free and informed me daily of what was happening - how long I would be without a shower, toilet etc. A careful, punctual, and extremely tidy work

As soon as Gavin came round to give us a quote, I just got the feeling he knew what he was doing. So on the strength of that and his very competitive itemised quote, we chose him to rebuild our very old and dated kitchen and we are so glad we did. From coming to give us a quote to coming to fit the bathroom we were kept informed.Gavin even gave us an idea of how to use our flooring on the side of the platform which I loved when it was done. I will definitely use Gavin again
