  Initial phone call was answered promptly by a human and an appointed was arranged very quickly Engineers turned up when they said they would, quickly diagnosed the problem and sorted it. They carried the equipment with them, no returning another day, and coped with my tricky attic and high chimney. All sorted. Rang to pay and again call was answered quickly. What a joy! Thank you!

  2 installers came and found a solution to our difficult problem of renewing a cable to a very high bedroom wall . Nothing was too much trouble. They found a solution and installed cable. Cleared up well after too. Very nice installer’s and very professional. Also the price was very good Thank you very much
