Grant was very pleasant. Explained what needed done. I needed a front door adjustment and he repaired it to an exceptionally high standard. Its been over a month since the repair, and Im still getting used to a door that closes as it should do, without me having to slam it closed. Infact, it became necessary to have it repaired as I had to call a locksmith twice as I pulled the handle off!. Grant not only fixed it to a high standard, but cleaned the door of fingerprints, and hoovered and cleaned after he was finished. Invoiced me for payment. Could not recommend him highly enough.

Grant was very easy to communicate with and his work is of a very high standard.

Nothing was too much trouble for Grant. He secured the broken window and talked me through our options. When he came to fit the new glass I asked him if he could do another couple of small jobs (fit panels and trim a door) while he was there which he done for us no problem. He is a very neat and tidy worker and the work he done was to perfection. A great tradesman and highly recommend.

Grant is an exceptionally good carpenter who pays attention to detail. Grant is also friendly, reliable and is very good at communicating and responding to messages. He replaced a double glazed front door for an elderly family member and was very patient and considerate during the entire process. He is not pushy at all so she had time to choose the style she wanted. I had been trying to find someone to refurbish my drawers as they are a bespoke fit and Grant had good ideas about how to do that, relacing runners and bolstering the strength of the drawers to make them fit for purpose. Contacted after noticing carpet wet at patio doors. He called straight back, I explained the problem, he said he’d check his diary & get back to me. He text that evening saying he’d be out the next day. Arrived on time, discussed the problem (bottom of frame & underneath had rotted over a long period of time. Grant gave several options, no pressure, no hard sell. I opted for new pvc doors as mine were now over 30 yrs old. Installed over 2 full days from 9am. His attention to detail, work ethic, respect for my property second to none. Highly recommend.
