First thing was to have someone who really knew planning and building regulations and selecting service and product suppliers. G3 knew what would be no problem, what needed extra attention and the suppliers that could do an excellent job and what could not be done. Did a great job specifying the conversion of our double garage and modernising the house eg removal of chimneys, bringing structure up to date with latest standards including roof joists, insulation, new lintels and steels. When our conservatory roof shattered had no hesitation in asking G3 to bring conservatory back into the house.

We would highly recommend G3. We completely renovated our bungalow as our forever home. Michael and his team were excellent support as we designed our home together and gained the relevant planning approval. We have now completed our project and couldn't be happier! Thank you!!

My husband and me appointed Michael and the G3 Architecture team to design and secure planning for a large wraparound extension (single storey). G3 Architecture also designed a two storey rear extension. Both extensions combined added an extra 300m2 to our property, which has just transformed our home. Nothing was ever too much for team, we enjoyed having regular meetings at their office in Seaford. I would not hesitate to recommend them (I have already passed their details to one of my friends!).

We employed G3 Architecture to draw plans for the conversion of our existing garage into a kitchen area and a rear extension, for use as a dining/breakfast room. G3 were also engaged to oversee the planning process and subsequently liaise with builders as the work commenced and progressed.
