Gav went out of his way to help us; it was not a straightforward job and Gav had to make a number of enquiries before advising us on the best way to proceed with the replacement. On installation day his team were punctual, worked quickly, kept us informed of the job progress and left everything neat and tidy. Job was charged as originally priced.
