From the beginning to the end of the work Chris communicated effectively and explained all findings and processes required. He worked methodically and ensured all questions were answered. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to problem solve as he went along. He ensured the area was tidy and all rubbish removed. 10 Removing load bearing wall and rasing an existing RSJ

I contacted Chris to inquire about removing the wall between my kitchen and dining room, installing a new RSJ, and raising an existing one. I would recommend Chris for similar projects. Their work was exceptional, and their communication was clear and proactive throughout the project. Chris was incredibly reliable, always punctual, and completed the work promptly. I also appreciated their helpful advice and reassuring demeanor, ensuring everything met building control standards.
