Fixed a broken locking mechanism on upvc window

On one of my windows, the locking mechanism wasn't working - it would not shut properly. I phoned Phil (as he had done work for me before) and within 2 hours he arrived and fixed the window there and then. He wouldn't accept payment as he said it didn't need parts and only took about 10 minutes. Of all the tradesmen I've dealt with in the past, Phil is the most reliable, trustworthy and genuine. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend him to anyone who needs this type of service. Thank you Phil, you're the best!
