Glen, Russell and their team delivered an excellent project - the full refurbishment of an old science park 1st floor unit into 10no research rooms. Challenging timelines and a highly detailed specification did not faze them and they produced a high-quality set of rooms. Works included power supply upgrade, the splitting and metering of services to all separate labs and the landlords demise, as well fire-stopping, new doors, partitions, ceilings, floors and groundworks. Glen, Russell & team were great to work with. We had lots of discussions about what I was looking to achieve and how to best make my budget work. They worked with landlord/centre management team to help resolve problems found and work to specific requirements in the shopping centre. Team were all friendly and helpful, kept everything tidy and worked with us when we had very tight deadlines to get salon open by specific date. They managed all the other trades on site (floor fitters, electrician etc.) which made everything easier. End result is great & I’d highly recommend them for any project.

The team have now completed 4 separate skimming jobs for us. Our house 100 year old house is getting its 50 year facelift with a complete refurbishment. Most jobs are done by my husband and myself but we are defeated by plastering! Glen, Russell, Josh and Ross have done a brilliant job to give us a superb finish on our own construction work in two bathrooms a bedroom and new archway. We are not the ideal client as we will not accept anything but great work from any subcontractor also, cannot praise Glen enough for his additional helpful comments to us about our whole project. Future Refurbishments responded quickly to my request for quotation and took time to understand the project. The quote was competitive and we also worked more closely as we honed the details and Glen helped us to value engineer the quote further. As a charity Havant and East Hants Mind have duty to our fundraisers and donors to deliver both a fantastic place where people can receive support, but also to keep spend to a minimum. Future Refurbishments worked hard to deliver an excellent high end finish with a a very tight budget. I would 100% recommended this honest and helpful company.

Future Refurbishments were great and really helpful in helping us meet our tight deadlines. They offered advice thoughout the job on wider aspects of the project not just their own works. They helped us out get other trades in for other work and done a few extra jobs for us that we had not originally planned. The finish of the plastered walls and ceilings is really good. They were always on time and were really good to work with and kept us updated with the progress of the works which was helpful as we didn’t live nearby at the time. Would highly recommend.
