Extremely professional to deal with and provided a good product.

It’s difficult to find a well run company prepared to carry out small double glazing repairs at sensible prices. Futureglaze has a dedicated team of three fitters who are able to provide this service. A no obligation visit to scope and quote for the work was followed by an early appointment to carry out the work. We’d definitely use them again.

I initially contacted the company for a quote, but when they arrived, I was told I needed to pay a deposit immediately so the part could be ordered. I agreed, under the impression they would notify me when the part was ready to be fitted. However, I had to chase them up after a few weeks with no word from their side. Communication was poor from the start. When I finally got through, I found their availability to be extremely limited for a job that, in the end, only took about 15 minutes. We agreed on a morning appointment over the phone, but both times they failed to arrive before lunchtime.

Great experience from start to finish, knowledgeable advice at quotation, very competitive price and top quality installation by friendly and professional fitters. Would definitely recommend.
