We ordered a replacement kitchen door as the old one had a seized locking mechanism and was over 20 years old - beyond repair. The new one was fitted and delivered in about 6 weeks. Although the finer had many many years experience, it was the first cat flap he had fitted on-site. With a little help from me, we managed :) The filter was quick, clean and professional and the result perfect.
