When I contacted Furnicare they came back to me straight away. I sent over a photo of the issue we had with the chair and they came back with a quote, which we accepted. I had a big rip in one of the seat cushions of my bonded leather sofa and Furnicare have done a great job of removing and replacing the ripped panel, with a perfect colour match and excellent finish, looks as good as new. Communication was excellent, they stuck to the agreed times to complete the work and we are really pleased with the overall result and experience. I would definitely be happy to use them again or recommend to my friends and family.
