Joe from Furey Carpentry reclad my entire house with new composite Millboard cladding. Joe is a master craftsman with an exceptional eye for detail. He is very creative and able to think on his feet and come up with solutions to problems on site as and when they occur. Although Joe's firm specialises in carpentry, that title massively undersells his skill set. One of Joe's biggest strengths is the way he takes responsibility for solving problems, even when they extend beyond his area of responsibility. He is such a tremendous asset to have on site and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

We had a complex Millboard deck installed at our home, and couldn’t be happier with the result. The project involved building across multiple levels, integrating custom seating areas and framing a central fire pit — all of which were executed to a very high standard. The craftsmanship was excellent, attention to detail spot-on, and the finish looks amazing. Joe and his team were professional, tidy, and communicated clearly throughout. Would highly recommend for any bespoke decking work!

Joe fitted out our new utility room with kitchen units, spaces for washer / dryer / freezer, etc., sink - effectively a small kitchen. He's done a great job - we couldn't be happier with his work! Joe is a great guy with high standards and it shows in the quality of his work.

The bathroom in our new house wasn’t fit for purpose. Joe from Furey Carpentry listened to our requirements and managed to fit everything we wanted in to the limited space. This involved a lot of work, moving pipes embedded in concrete so that we could have the layout we wanted. Building & insulating a stud wall to create bath & shower niches and to support wall hung toilet and sink. Project managing the installation of underfloor heating, lighting, new plastering and tiling as well as the plumbing. We are so pleased with our new bathroom. This was a bathroom installation not kitchen.

I had been recommended Tom as needed a wardrobe made . I was not disappointed, excellent work . And understood that I needed it built into a small area of the room . He went through ideas , all of which were helpful. End result I am very pleased with . Also impressed with his respect of our home . Covering used on all areas to protect flooring . Very good workmanship.
