Up to the date the job started I received excellent service and information from Furber. But from Day 1 of my job I had issues. Two of these issues I specifically found to be unacceptable. My job was completed over 12 and half days. Not the 6 Days quoted to me. Post job I had two questions regarding the Building Regs side of job. My message and chase emails were ignored. When I wrote a formal letter, only then my queries were resolved. But no apology. I did not make formal complaint because it would not change the issues and experience I had. But I did provide full feedback to them.

Excellent service and work carried out by this very professional and long established company. Job carried out efficiently to time by their courteous and skilled team, no problem at all to recommend this efficient and reliable company.

Really reasonably priced quote, work was carried out promptly and to a high standard and the tradesman explained everything in a way I could understand so I knew what they were doing.

Until I contacted Karl at Furber Roofing, I had been unable to get a single roofer out to look at what was needed repairing, let alone give me a quote. From quote to completion it was a pleasure doing business with Furber Roofing. Dan & his mate, who did the repairs, were very courteous keeping us informed along the way as to what they were doing together with photos of the parts of the roof system we can't see. A professional and courteous outfit. Thank you Furber Roofing - I highly recommend you and have told my neighbours too!

Everyone I dealt with was really polite and prompt. I am so pleased with the quality of the work. I was concerned about a leaky roof given the recent spell of heavy persistent rain. My new roof is great and I considered the cost very reasonable.

Awful paid staff member to be in work and wait for roofer. Contacted roofer 10am he assured us he’d be there . He didn’t turn up and did not inform us nor answered our calls. He knew the work was urgent.
