Chris narrived promptly to do work and kept me informed throughout. Hopefully has resolved issues left by another roofer.

Another great job by Furber's. Jamie and Billy were friendly and professional, really cracked on and worked hard. We feel secure before the bad weather sets in again.

The guys that replaced the felting were excellent. On time, cleaned up after each days work and explained exactly what they were doing. A very professional job all round. No hesitation in recommending FURBER roofing.

Tony and Jack worked together to repair our damaged chimney which had caused damp in the bedroom below. The work was excellent and we are very pleased with the result. They also repaired a problem in the roof above our bedroom bay window, and replaced damaged slates. We are very pleased with their work and they also offered helpful advice for the future. We would recommend Tony and Jack and Furber Roofing and will certainly contact the company again if/when we need further work.

Up to the date the job started I received excellent service and information from Furber. But from Day 1 of my job I had issues. Two of these issues I specifically found to be unacceptable. My job was completed over 12 and half days. Not the 6 Days quoted to me. Post job I had two questions regarding the Building Regs side of job. My message and chase emails were ignored. When I wrote a formal letter, only then my queries were resolved. But no apology. I did not make formal complaint because it would not change the issues and experience I had. But I did provide full feedback to them.
