After getting their details l called them and left an answerphone message with a brief description of the potential work to my conservatory roof, along with my contact details. That was 7 days ago. As l hadn't heard from them, 2 days later l completed the on-line "request a quote". Here l am 5 days later and still no work. I really don't know what the acceptable time scale, but 5/7 days is pushing it. I have giving 0 for my experience because of no call back after 2 attempts to contact them.

I’m sorry I didn’t get back to you in good time I was away on holiday for 10 days , i feel it’s a bit unfair to give me a bad review when it doesn’t reflect my work it was a one off that I was away on holiday and didn’t get back to you
