Our old boiler was becoming more and more temperamental so we approached Fuller Heating for a quote for a new one. Adrian inspected our boiler and controls and gave us a recommendation based on the size of our house and the position of the gas meter etc. We opted to change the motorised valves and the pump at the same time as they were coming to the end of their life. The work was carried out on time and took as long as we were told it would despite some of the pipe work in the airing cupboard not being easy to bet to ( it is now!). Mark, who carried out the work was friendly and courteous.

New boiler installation was very efficient, from assessing our home’s heating needs to completion. I wish to express my sincere thanks for the excellent and professional job done by him and his colleague, regarding the replacement of our combi boiler on the agreed date. The work was carried out in good time for the agreed price, with minimal disruption and the site left in a clean and tidy condition. Programming was explained and documentation handed over after checking that the system was working normally. Lastly, my wife and I would like to thank Fuller Heating for the unexpected gift of a lovely bunch of flowers following the installation.

We had a fairly complicated heating problem that involved integrating an existing hot air system with underfloor heating to a new extension. It also meant relocating the new boiler to a different area of the house. Right from the start Fuller Heating were able to offer solutions based on their comprehensive knowledge of heating systems. When it came to the installation engineers Mark and Malcolm were very resourceful and completed the project on time and on budget. It was a pleasure to have them working in the house and they went about their work with great skill and good humour.
