I have a fault with my fireplace, which I thought was an electrical issue. Mitch came out to have a look at it for me. He went above and beyond to find out what the issue could be, and has put me in touch with someone else who can help, as it needs some replacement parts and it's more of a gas issue. He arrived when he said he would, he was polite and very helpful.
