  What can I say? Excellent! Lee and his team were brilliant, yes I know we hear this occasionally, but he was thoughtful, kind, & did a brilliant job! I cannot recommend FSG highly enough. The process was simple, easy, straight forward, I have to say actually pleasant. I can appreciate that this review sounds to good to be true, but maybe because I've had crap workmen before I am a little enthusiastic about Lee and the work he has done, or maybe they were that good. If you need work done, get FSG and Lee, (& no am not being paid), I've literally just paid for the work. Cheers Lee & team!

  Exceptional service from the outset

  Exceptional service from the outset. We wanted new soffits and fascia and gutters / downpipes. I contacted FSG based on customer reviews. After leaving me a competitive quote I decided to place the order and was not disappointed. Works were carried out exactly as described. Very efficient and tidy. Bear in mind, I manage building trades for a living so my expectations of quality and tidiness are very high! All the old materials and rubbish taken away. Good attention to detail. Would recommend to anyone.

  Outstanding workmanship and professionalism

  Lee arrived very early in the morning, even before daylight, and thoughtfully suggested waiting a little before starting so as not to disturb the neighbours, which I really appreciated. Once work began, Lee and his team replaced all the fascia boards and gutters. The team worked very efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail throughout the job. Lee was always happy to answer my questions and share his professional advice. I’m extremely impressed with the quality of his work and would highly recommend him. I would definitely use Lee again for any future roofing work.

  Fantastic family run company, so helpful and genuinely caring about a challenging family situation we were facing. Fourth time I’ve used Lee and his team and did not disappoint yet again.   We couldn’t be happier with our new roof! The crew was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. They explained the process clearly, kept the worksite clean, and finished on time. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding—our roof looks fantastic and we feel confident it will last for years. It’s rare to find a company that combines excellent customer service with top-notch craftsmanship, but they did exactly that. Highly recommend to anyone needing roofing work!
