They replaced a down pipe and hopper. They were friendly prompt and charged a fair price. I would use them again. They took time to explain what further work might be needed but didn’t push it on me.

The gutters were cleaned out and advice was given. Good job and very happy.

I had a persistent roof leak that had previously been “fixed” by another builder, only for the problem to return. When FSG inspected it, they quickly identified that the original work hadn’t been completed properly and certain elements hadn’t been installed as they should have been. They explained everything clearly, corrected the issues thoroughly, and made sure the job was done properly this time. Lee and his son Alfie solved our issue. We had damp internally caused by poor guttering and downpipes. They came when they said they would, described what the issue was and the solution and a process to fix. They went away for the gear they needed and fixed it. Very happy with their work and approach. Will use them both again for sure
