  Air Source Heat Pump installation with new hot water tank

  Knowledgeable and competent. Excellent Air Source Heat Pump installation completed in a large 3 storey property when all the big name energy companies and installers didn't want to know or didn't have a unit big enough. BUS scheme grant approved with all paperwork handled by the installers.

  Toby and his team did an excellent Job. Enzo, the guy that did most of the work was out of this world and was always on hand to fix any snags that came up after. Would have been a 10/10 across the board for all works but one of the workers broke a tile on the bathroom floor and didn't admit to it (we are planning to change the bathroom in a year or so, so we didn't make a great deal of it but the fact that we were not informed of the damage when it occurred left a sour taste in the mouth). Nonetheless, we would highly recommend Toby and his team as the overall experience was very positive.

  Heat pump installation to replace gas boiler

  Heat pump installation for a 4-bedroom terrace house in London. Now 6 months in and very pleased with result: house temperature is steady, plenty of hot water, and system performance and bills are as expected. Clear communication, good quality work, responsive, worked around what is often a busy household, and project completed on time and on budget. Particular thanks to Enzo who was on site for the longest and solved some rather awkward piping problems, and to Toby who came up with an excellent sound reduction solution for the pressure maintenance pump. Would strongly recommend to anyone.

  We have an air source heat pump that broke down, we found AirToHeat and spoke to Toby, he was able to get an engineer over to us who found the issue and was able to fix it on the same day! Really professional and knowledgeable, they also charged us a very reasonable service fee, would recommend. Thank you Toby and Team
