The new water softener was fitted quickly and professionally close to the time agreed. The old softener and pipes was taken away and new pipes were installed.

Carl gave really helpful advice and discussed the options. I was really happy with The Hague water softener. It did stop working a couple of months later - I think due to a faulty pump - but they came out within a couple of weeks and repaired it at no cost.

Jim and Carl were great when it comes to surveying the house and timeliness for the installation also. A few areas of improvements were required and i emailed immediately fix the problem and they were extremely accommodating. Nice people at a professional company. Products are great too. Would recommend

Friendly Water provide a full service, including design, supply, installation, commissioning and aftercare service. We had a whole house water softener, drinking water filter, new kitchen tap and bypass tap for garden watering. All delivered in a professional, informative and courteous way. All stages where provided on time and in a clean efficient manner. After installation there was an unexpected problem, that they fix quickly and without quibbling. Happy to recommend this company to anyone wanting to improve the water quality in their home.

A superb experience from Friendly water from the very start to the very end. From asking for a quote to installation, I was delighted to work with friendly water for my installation. Early days but I am already delighted with the quality of water. The service was superb, I really can't fault them in any way and highly recommend that you use them for a water softener solution.
