Ilya replaced a fitting in our bathroom which required removal and replacement of several tiles. He also re-tiled a shower and replaced fittings. He worked hard, kept us updated with any problems that arose and ultimately everything was finished to a high standard.

Great worker, friendly and very competent. He managed to fit my taps even though it had very difficult access. No job was too difficult for him and I’m very grateful for his excellent work.

Had a blocked pipe - which we couldn't get access to. Came on time, did a thorough job and checked and rechecked to make sure everything was working. Gave good advice too.

Ilya is a lovely fella! Communication was excellent. Called me for a chat and told me in advance what exactly he was goi g to do. Quoted a reasonable price. There were issues entirely of my own doing (I bought the wrong thing) - despite that Ilya said it was no problem, went to a local B&Q, got what I needed and installed it. Overall extremely positive and I’ll be using him again for anything he can do :)

Contact was made and Ilya came the next day even earlier than he said which was great as we were very concerned about the leak. He worked quickly and efficiently and was very clean cleaning up along as he went. Following a bit more that was expected from the job he gave a reasonable quote. Would recommend
