We have been using Friendly Bears for few months. We are happy with their work. Inessa was brilliant. She went above and beyond to keep the place lovely and clean. She asked the priority areas and took care of areas I didn’t even expect—places I couldn’t reach or didn’t realize needed attention. She has an amazing eye for detail and found every dirty or overlooked spot and made it shine. All the girls are kind and know what they are doing. They are very punctual. My home looks clean, thank you. I recommend.

I had a one-off house clean. Friendly, efficient and flexible service from Alana and her team. The house looked good at the end and smelled lovely!

I've been using Friendly Bears for several months now and am very happy with the standard of their work. Alana is a clear communicator, and Alina is a very thorough cleaner. Both of them are super friendly and I look forward to using their services again in the near future - once we're fully moved in to our new place.

Friendly bears have undertaken cleaning for my elderly Dad for quite a few years, and he always looked forward to them coming. The staff were friendly and kind. They would do the job they were there to do, but also take the time to talk to him and sort out anything he needed. If there was a problem or they needed to talk to me then they would message or phone me to sort it out.. I can't fault the service they provided.

I was able to book a deep clean at relatively short notice, the communication was quick and clear. we had two cleaners at the property from 12:30-6pm, they managed to do an excellent job of cleaning the kitchen, oven, downstairs toilet and bathroom. The house looked incredibly clean and tidy by the time they left which allowed us to focus on other aspects of the moving processes. I would definitely recommend their service.

I used Friendly Bears when my brother, who had advanced Parkinsons needed some help with cleaning They were flexible and always tried to accomodate his needs. He was not the easiest customer but they did a good job and kept me informed as to when they would be going which was essentail. He has now moved toa care home but i would recommend them
