  Easy communication and quality service

  The Fresh Joy team has completed a carpet clean and is now carrying on with weekly clean of the premises. The whole service was as expected with clear communication, agreed terms and after service feedback requested. I found Jordan to be approachable and easy to work with. I would recommend anyone to contact them

  We have used Jordan and Fresh Joy Ltd for a number of our rental properties, for end of tenancy deep cleaning including carpets. The standard of cleaning has always been excellent, and they always book in the works as soon as possible, communicating and responding to enquiries quickly.

  Very Thorough Deep Clean of an Empty House

  I hired Fresh Joy to carry out a deep clean of an empty house. They did a thorough job and despite the task taking until after 11pm and their having a two-and-a-half-hour drive ahead of them, they continued to work with the same level of thoroughness right to the end.

  Deep cleaning of house prior to moving in

  At first look the job seemed to have been completed satisfactorily. However, on moving in and unpacking our belongings we noticed things had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. The tops and insides of the kitchen cupboards were still dirty. The windowsills and door frames were still dusty. The bathrooms were not cleaned well. The bathtub not at all. As I turned the tap on today and the tub was leaking. Very disappointed, I paid for a deep clean and am now having to do it myself.

  My cleaners are the nicest people you would want to meet. Nothing is too much trouble, communication is fantastic, and they are very hard working.
