Another great experience with Chris. Punctual, friendly and did a brilliant job once again. Highly recommend.

We had an issue with a blocked drain in our flat in London. A different contractor had already been out twice and not fixed the problem. I contacted Fresh Drains, and Chris was really helpful. He responded really quickly to my query, and was very patient with answering all the questions I asked. He arrived on time at site, and sent me photos and videos because I couldn't be there. Within an hour he had fixed the problem and at literally 10% of the cost charged by the previous contractor. I would definitely recommend them for an efficient, friendly and cost effective service.

The work done by them was excellent. Came and used drain snake to unblock grease in the pipe after the trap. Whole process lasted around 30mins. Thorough testing to make sure the blockage was resolved and pipes were reinstalled properly. Gave advice how to prevent this from happening in the future. They came a bit later than scheduled due to the traffic and busy booking but I was provided transparency about that so I wouldn't pick on that. Overall excellent service!

Chris was very professional - gave me 20mins notice before visiting the flat, arrived on time, and carried out the job efficiently. He used a camera to look inside the drain and was very good at explaining what we were seeing and what the possible issues were. Kindly helped with a few follow up questions too, after the date of the appointment. Would certainly recommend.

Chris was very responsive in initially scheduling the visit. He was very helpful and honest. He carried out 3 x CCTV runs on different drains to try and identify an issue with a smell we had in the kitchen. I felt that he was honest and open about the process and reminded me of the pricing at regular points as well as making any additional costs clear before proceeding. He went above and beyond what I asked him to come out for initially. He checked all his work multiple times to give me peace of mind. I would absolutely use him again and recommend him to anyone with drain issues.
