The kitchen sink and dishwasher was giving us so much grief. I got Chris's message when I posted on checkatrade a few months back so I messaged him, he was prompt and got back to me quickly. Even though I asked for Friday, but later changed my mind to squeeze it into today he came around as soon as he got free and got my problem solved in 30 mins or so. Plus a ton of advice which is going to helpful for me to ensure this doesn't keep re-occuring. Thank you Chris

Pest control suggested to have my drains checked. Chris was very quick in messaging and organising the works, and had my drains checked with cameras.

Chris was really helpful. Called him yesterday evening and he came the next morning. He sorted my immediate issue at had and also helped explain a deeper issue and advised me on what to do which was really appreciated as I live on my own in my first property I bought so new to all this! Fresh Drains Ltd. via Checkatrade was requested to check drainage routings and general condition of a drain which is positioned internally within a building extension. Chris was very clear about costs in advance and was able to carry out the work within 24 hours. He was punctual and pre-advised arrival time. At all times was professional and respectful, using CCTV he gave us a generous hour and provided solid advice about moving a drain and an explanation of how our drains are mapped I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris and he will be our go-to in the event of further work needed.
