The work carried out was treatment and painting of the exterior render of my elderly relatives home including the refurbishment of a wooden door and surrounds. Gavin’s clear communication with me was crucial as the relative suffers from dementia and I manage his financial affairs from some 250 miles away. Not only did Gavin carry out an excellent professional job including leaving no trace and clearing up and leaving everything tidy, they also checked in on the resident whilst there to ensure he was ok and not distressed at all. Both myself, and my joint LPA would highly recommend Gavin.

The guys did a fabulous job. They ripped out the furniture and carpet sorted out an extreme damp problem and decorated superbly all within a day. I have uploaded pictures of before and after of the worst corner to demonstrate what a difference they have made.

Gavin inspired confidence from the moment he arrived at my property to review the job required. He assured me that he would be able to complete the works within tight timescales. He pointed out potential issues that might need addressing once the woodchip and 50 layers of paint were removed, and assured me that he would be able to address them. Gavin and his team were polite friendly and efficient cleaning up after each day's work. Despite the fact that I kept adding to his work load Gavin maintained a no problem, can do attitude, updating me at all times. Highly recommended!

Gavin and his sons were very professional. They arrived on time. Their work was of high standard. He kept us informed of progress at all times. Every day they tidied up. I would recommend their work.
