I contacted Ahmet to carry out my annual boiler service, following a recommendation from his friend Nico. Before he started any work, I was given the opportunity to share any concerns/queries about my boiler. He was extremely thorough, taking photos of his work, explained his findings and even provided recommendations. I found his work to be extremely thorough and professional. I would definitely recommend and will use again.

I needed to have an old 20 year old boiler replaced that had sadly given up. After ringing around for someone to help I was recommended Ahmet from Freshbellek. He really did a good job, even suggesting moving the new boiler to another wall which was more efficient and gave me more space. All the pipe fittings were placed to a high standard and he went above and beyond, working on a weekend to get it finished. All in all, I would highly recommend.

Ahmed did a great job in difficult circumstances. A different plumber had said he didn’t work with steel but Ahmed did a great job. He was professional - he left everything clean and tidy - and personable throughout. I would certainly call on him again

Ahmet and his colleague were very professional and tidy. They did a great job, taking care and making sure everything was done to a high standard and going above and beyond to make sure that it was all in good working order.

Ahmet was wonderful from start to finish. Great at communicating, happy to schedule, upfront about pricing and fixed three separate issues in three hours. They were polite and courteous and clean. I had had three plumbers out to fix the blocked sink, all of them charged me over £100 and it wasn’t fixed. Using machinery, Ahmet and his crew got the problem fixed and also fixed the boiler the best and cheapest way possible and even fixed our washing machine ! They then chose to charge for the job rather than per hour, which was cheaper.
