In two words, absolutely excellent. Really quick to respond and come and look at the door. Rapid identification of problem and no attempt at all to oversell. Replacement part arrived rapidly and was fitted straight away with minimal fuss. And the cost was very reasonable indeed. Highly recommended.

The installing team of two arrived promptly , were very tidy and efficient and the job was completed within 5 hours. The result is a very nice ,easy to use door which looks really good.

Freelance Entry Solutions Ltd have been an excellent company to deal with. They have a very extensive showroom with a selection of working roller doors so you can choose the one most suitable for a particular situation and we found the surveyor/salesman Alex very helpful with plenty of good advice. Once ordered, we were told it should be ready for fitting by the end of January. It was, in fact, fitted on 14th January by Andy and Liam who were very pleasant and fitted the door to a very high standard. We are delighted with the end result.

The two technicians arrived on time, and carried out the replacement in a very professional, courteous manner. A rarity to find such pleasant tradesmen in this day and age. Important to an older customer.

Having initially contacted the firm I was delighted when they arrived the same day to perform the required work. During the intial contact the company did their very best to help me fix the problem myself....which would have saved me the cost of a repair. Unfortunately this was not possible I was then further delighted when their engineer arrived the same day and quickly put the problem right with a full explanation. He then fully serviced both doors as this was included in their quoted price. All in all, a most satisfactory experience. I will definitly be using them in the future.

Very efficient and helpful throughout, from initial sales representation to the two folks who came round for fitting (took a day and a half). All personnel very knowledgeable and extremely friendly with good tips on general use and maintenance. Would highly recommend.
