Free air installed my system and initially were very helpful, however in the years since they have serviced it and every year their first attempt nearly always leaves me contacting the office for a revisit. This year they decided to offer me dates for servicing and then just not reply to the emails. I suspect they got bored of replacing parts they had broken at their cost! Personally I would avoid

Everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Installation was completed within the predicted timeframe, and the work areas were left clean and tidy. It was very helpful to be able to visit the showroom to discuss options and view the products.

Excellent service. Quick timeslot, turned up on time as agreed, very pleasant guy, checked over unit and serviced it to restore it's cold air volume. Southampton rates, but you will need to pay mileage which is fair enough if you're not local to Southampton. Still cheaper than anyone local to me in Reading by far. Thanks, very pleased.

Very professional company to deal with from the start. We were recommended the company from a friend. Good communication from first visit for design & quotation, through the installation in my home. The engineers were careful working in my house, protecting everything & cleaning up at the end of each day, system works fantastic, cooling the whole house, very satisfied customer & would recommend to new customers.

We found the firm Free Air very helpful throughout. They have a showroom where one can see what the products look like. The engineer who came out and surveyed our cottage was so knowledgable and really thoroughly understood the requirements and possibilities. This was important for us as Architects to make sure we got the right product and that it could be sensitively fitted. The actual fitters were extremely thorough and made a great job fitting the pipes and cables in such a way as to minimise any unsightly wiring on the front of our listed 16th century cottage. A very impressive firm.
