  I had an excellent experience with Fred. He completely changed the inside system of my toilet and made the whole process stress-free, working around me and my family so there was as little disruption as possible. He explained my options clearly, gave me a very fair quote, and even went to collect the parts the same day so the job could be completed quickly. The work was finished to a very high standard, and Fred was extremely respectful of my home throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and will definitely call him again for any future plumbing work.
