Contractor responded to request immediately (whilst he was abroad on holiday!) Made contact on his return as promised and completed the work promptly and efficiently. Sent invoice on same day. Very impressed with the service.

James is super knowledgable, efficient, reliable and has always done a fantastic job for us at a very good price. Always clean and tidy and offers great advice on the best and most cost effective things to do. Highly recommended.

James fitted 2 ceiling lights for us. His communication was very good and was very respectful of our home. Our ceiling on the landing made it difficult to fit one of the lights but James found a way around it. I would use Frederick Electrical again!
