Three hedges and three trees were pruned in very unpleasant weather conditions: heavy rain and wind. Excellent service by the team, and everything tidied up. Will certainly book them again.

Fast and pleasant initial site meet, review and subsequent quote. Day for removal agreed soon after acceptance of quote and team arrived promptly on agreed day. A friendly team who were courteous and mindful of the property. Tree felled at pace but obviously with safety in mind. Site cleared and left as tidy as possible as promised. Fantastic overall service and will use again.

We had a large hedge to tidy up and chose Fred because he has 100% 5 star reviews. We were not disappointed. Fred arrived on time to look over the work needing doing, and was highly communicative via email. I added a few jobs to the job from a neighbour and Fred was always quick to respond. When his team came to do the work, they went through what I wanted again were meticulous in checking with me as the work progressed to make sure it was going exactly how I wanted. They tidied up nicely and even tarped over my wife's rabbit run to save the mess going inside. Top marks Fred and Team!

The tree cutting team arrived on time and completed the job efficiently, clearing up after themselves. The stump grinding team arrived as scheduled 2 weeks later and completely remove all remaining traces of the trees. Both teams were professional, polite and efficient. I will use them again.
