From start to finish, we could not fault the professionalism of the whole team of builders and workers. Communication and expectations were clear from the beginning. The team really enabled us to be part of the project development and decision making throughout the whole process. As a family, we learnt so much along the way, it was really interesting and invigorating!

Frazer built an extension for me 2023 to include a utility and downstairs toilet and shower, a patio in 2024 . This year 2025 has fitted a new kitchen. Frazer is friendly reliable and his contractors are all very reliable, polite and friendly. Frazer even recommended George Smith of Smiths Signature Flooring who has done an excellent job of fitting LVT flooring on the ground floor of my property and carpeting stairs. Frazer keeps you informed and is helpful at every stage of the job and his contractors tidy up after themselves.

Frazer worked evenings with Adam to get our kitchen fitted in time for Christmas.We were impressed with the quality of their work.They tidied up after themselves and asked for our input at every stage,handle positions,kick boards,etc.

Frazer Nye building and carpentry fitted a new kitchen for us in December, cannot fault the reliability and attention to detail. Kept us in the loop with everything . Sorted an electrician and plumber for us. Didn’t have to think about anything . Love my new kitchen and would highly recommend.

Frazer has knocked down old walls, and built new , completely changing our downstairs space. He has then fitted a new kitchen, utility & cloakroom. All of the workmen who have been in have been great - clean, tidy and trustworthy. Frazer himself has been accommodating with any changes, reliable and kept us up to date with everything going on. We look forward to having you back in May for the next lot - can’t recommend the company highly enough.

We had an amazing experience with Frazer and his team building our extension to the rear of our property. We are absolutely in love with the finished product and cannot recommend Frazer more highly.
