    The job was carried out by Fraser and his colleague satisfactorily. They were courteous and helpful but felt they might have taken a bit more time explaining the technical side of things as I felt that this was a bit rushed for my rate of understanding. Otherwise a good job.

    We spent a long time explaining the function of the charger to the customer. We returned free of charge when she decided she wanted to work it through the app and set everything up and explained everything to her clearly.
