1 Just wanted an outside tap...

Ended up with a massive hole in my plasterboard because he drilled the hole in the wrong place, ugly plastic piping jutting through the wall, and to top it off... It leaks! Tried chasing him up multiple times to get him to come and fix it, and there is absolutely no urgency. Told him not to bother.
