  Nick and his colleague were absolutely brilliant. They arrived on time, kept me updated at all times with their ETA, and were very welcoming on arrival. Their work is excellent—the doors look lovely—and they were very sociable with the family, which really puts you at ease. My house was actually cleaner after they left, which is rare when you have work done. My wife is now on at me to get our doors done as well, which we will be doing with the same team. Well done to you both—fully endorsed by us.

  Fire door installations including non standard door frames

  Nick has excellent attention to detail. He took great care in communication and in working around our busy setting. He used his carpentry skills to make our door frames able to accommodate standard doors. He clearly enjoys his work which makes him great to work with.

  Excellent service!

  I can’t recommend Nick highly enough! I originally booked a door repair with him for a couple of weeks’ time, but when I suddenly needed it done urgently due to exchanging on my flat sale, he came over the next day to carry out the work. He repaired the door to an excellent standard, left everything clean and tidy and promptly issued the necessary certificate, which was crucial for completing my exchange. Thanks again Nick!

  Came high recommended and didn’t disappoint.

  Nick came as a referral from a community group, as we all encountered issues with the doors the original builders put in that needed fixing From start to finish, he was responsive and organised. Came on the day, explained the issues, what he needed to do at each step and just got to it. Cleaned up and touched up the door nicely. Just an overall amazing experience and no hesitation in recommending his services.

  Hire Nick - He’s brilliant!

  Nick was an absolute joy to deal with. He was responsive (even on holiday), reassuring, reliable and trustworthy. I had a troublesome firedoor that had a few complex issues. Nick came over, had a no fuss approach, got the job done and did it at a fair price. Hello takes real pride in his work and wouldn’t leave until he was 100% sure he’d nailed it! Big weight off my mind and a pleasure to deal with.
