10 Fire door (FD30) remedial work to address the issues mentioned in the regulatory inspection report.

Nick Thorn is a truly great and competent carpenter. He did all the fixes perfectly on our apartment's main door for the regulatory fire door (FD30) remedial work. He has all the respective certifications for the fire door remedial work. All his certifications and fixes have been validated and approved by the management company as well (RMG). Nick provided us with a plan for the work to be done upfront and performed all the remedial work items neatly and on time as planned. Upon completion, he provided the pictures and a statement. Nick did an excellent job from start to finish. Very clear options offered at quote time and kept us informed on schedule for the work.
