    I still maintain the quality of workmanship and helpfulness at pricing stage was good and the finished job 90% content. There has been some outstanding trellis work that still hasnt been done though despite a number of revisits since. Protect management has let a good job down. I gave up to the end of January 26 before I finish it myself at my expense. My advice keep 10% of the agreed estimate until absolutely satisfied. Pity, good job otherwise.

    Fitted a new garden gate

    No faults whatsoever. Came promptly this morning to fit a new gate, talked me through the process, then got to work. All done within an hour and even took my old gate away. My garden finally looks smart again Both were very friendly with good humour. Would definitely use again for any other fencing jobs. Thanks for the help!

    Nice fitters but stressful admin not worth jt

    WAITING FOR PARTIAL REFUND Paid for 6 foot panels to be installed in 4 foot concrete posts with extension toppers and the gaps being filled in. The lads who installed the panels were nice but they'd not been told about the extension toppers so they didn't pick any up. Spoke to the guy who runs everything and he said they'd come back over and fit the toppers the next week. I paid him the full amount and 7 WEEKS LATER they've not come back to fit the toppers. Counted and we have arranged 13 different days that they were going to fit the toppers BUT THEY HAVENT TURNED UP ONCE.

    Ok,yes this. Job went on to long for Genna,our apologies,due to my supplier letting us down with delivery dates!We did inform the customer on most occasions, of date changes.We have since re-funded the amount paid, With our apologies, .
