Ben completed several jobs for us, including replacing all of our plug and ceiling light sockets, replacing our fuse box and upgrading our bathroom extractor fan. Not only did Ben complete the work quickly, to a high standard and with accompanying certification, but he was always very considerate. He was mindful of my working from home arrangements, doing his utmost to work around these, and he was confident and optimistic in his approach to the work. Overall, my partner and I are really happy with the work and it has given us peace of mind in our new place!

Ben is a very reliable and genuinely friendly chap. He was very knowledgeable, honest and thorough with the requested work and even took an extra hour to sort some routing as well as install an extra vent in the roof, free of charge. The quote was very reasonable and he made sure that we were happy with his work afterwards (it was incredibly neat!) and, of course, made sure that the fan worked. He also demonstrated how to test that the fan is working efficiently. Ben also tidied everything up afterwards, leaving no mess at all. Absolutely brilliant service. Thank you!

Ben is very friendly and helpful and a competent and tidy workman. He checked my home's indoor and outdoor electrics as requested. He also replaced two smoke alarms and a shower room extractor fan. He made useful suggestions where necessary. The invoice was for the agreed amount. I will be very happy to use Fox Electrical in the future.
