  Alex was really lovely, very knowledgeable as well. His communication was excellent and he came when he said he was going to. I couldn’t fault him. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and would certainly recommend him.

  Electrical assessment

  Rude, arrogant and happy to take money but withold a three sentence insurance 'report' for 11 days. I acknowledge everyone is busy but despite several polite requests, and after numerous days I was told to "stop pestering" and it was a "kind gesture" they were even doing the report for me in the first place (despite the call-out request being just that) and they will do it in their own time, admitting they had been ignoring my calls. £114, no work needed carrying out, just an assessment of the electrical failure. Genuinely hope others don't fall foul with Fox; sneaky by name and nature.

  I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Alex. Most grateful for his speedy response to my enquiry and he was able to undertake the work within days even though I appreciated he was already busy. Very knowledgeable about what was needed and provided a really efficient service. Very pleased to have found a reliable electrician who I am more than happy to recommend to others.
