My mom had a failing flat roof, Chris the owner came the next day to assess and sent pictures, plus a quote. His firm carried out the work within two weeks, progress photos of the work were taken after the first day and on completion. He was always available and returned messages and emails promptly. came out to remove and re-fit flat roof, arrived on time and did a great job took away all old roofing felt and cleaned up after them work looks very professional and no problems so far also changed the fascia and guttering on roof. lads that came out to do work were very good and just got on with it and did a very good job would defiantly recommend and also asked about another job working on our chimney

The work was carried out very efficiently. The site was left tidy when they had completed the job and I was in kept informed at every stage of the process.

Contacted Chris after finding details in a LookLocal book. He quickly arranged a time to come round and view the work - something that not everyone else I spoke to wanted to do, even though they quoted. It was a competitive quote, and was agreed smoothly. He then kept me fully informed in terms of when and hwo the job would commence. The team arrived promptly on the day that was arranged. The work was carried our swiftly and safely. Any mess was cleared up, and the scaffolding was removed on the day that was arranged the next week. Great all round experience! Thanks Chris.

Work carried out by Louis, Tom and Aidan who were polite and friendly. Arrived on the day and time agreed and did an excellent job repairing the chimney and left everywhere clean and tidy. Would have no hesitation in using FCR in the future.
