We have used Foundations Up a few times in the past four years since moving to Bath, and have had excellent experiences every time. This week Jak attended to fix a down light which had stopped working, and replaced the entire thing for us, and it looks exactly the same - you'd never know. He also installed new fittings in the living room which I wanted to replace, one of them hadn't worked for over two years and he completed the job so quickly. Would definitely recommend Foundations Up for any lighting jobs!

I had my loft boarded by Foundation Support and initially found the team responsive and polite. However, after the work was completed, I discovered that a bathroom extractor had been boarded over. Despite they admitted they didn't see it and board over it they didn't correct it. While I understand this may have been a pre-existing issue, I had hoped that during the initial survey any potential concerns—especially ones affecting ventilation or safety—would have been identified and flagged. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen, and I had to cover costs.

Prompt and carried out work without any problems , completed in less than an hour.

I commissioned this company to remove a very large area of decking lay patio slabs and create a feature wall with integrated lighting. I can’t recommend this company enough. Mike and his polite and friendly team worked with me with excellent communication and advice to make my vision become a reality. First class workmanship from start to finish. Very tidy and attention to every detail. I’m so impressed I’m going to have this company back for loft boarding and an extension.

If efficancy is the key to good business this company is certaily on top of their game. One call to checkatrade and Tom (forman electrician) text us offering help and support. He arrived on time, was very profesional, polite and very approachable. It was not long before he asseced the problem, and came up with a loggical proposal.
