From the initial enquiry through to completion of the work Fossil were excellent. The quotation was detailed and fair. The guys turned up on time, respected my property, they had a clear plan of what to do and got on with it, calmly and efficiently. They took off and refitted the door and casement so neatly you can’t tell. Zero drama. 5 stars.

Speedy response to job posted on here. Flexible with my dates in arranging service. Good communication, didn’t need to chase anything. Callum serviced boiler, made me aware of some advisories & I agreed to get sorted. Parts ordered & back within 2 days to complete work, on time, efficient, no hassle. Callum who undertook the service was friendly, knew his stuff, informative & efficient throughout. Good first experience & have told them I will get them back to service boiler in my new property next year.
