From the initial enquiry through to completion of the work Fossil were excellent. The quotation was detailed and fair. The guys turned up on time, respected my property, they had a clear plan of what to do and got on with it, calmly and efficiently. They took off and refitted the door and casement so neatly you can’t tell. Zero drama. 5 stars.

Fossil plumbing and heating carried out a modern update of the bathroom and cloakroom which has transformed the look. A very professional job done by a friendly expert team. We recommend them highly.

Speedy response to job posted on here. Flexible with my dates in arranging service. Good communication, didn’t need to chase anything. Callum serviced boiler, made me aware of some advisories & I agreed to get sorted. Parts ordered & back within 2 days to complete work, on time, efficient, no hassle. Callum who undertook the service was friendly, knew his stuff, informative & efficient throughout. Good first experience & have told them I will get them back to service boiler in my new property next year.

Had a few jobs done by Fossil - last two: 1. Boiler was packing in and pressure was all over the place in the middle of winter. They managed to squeeze me in somehow and replaced a the parts causing the issue, no problems since and avoided me having to replace and cheap boiler for the time being! 2. Tap had been leaking for a while and got loads worse over a few days. They had someone to me within a couple of working days, offered options of what can be done with no pressure and had the tap replaced the same morning and all very reasonable cost-wise.
