Installations of the doorbell and recordings of callers at the front door failed to work after one week, and one bulb in the floor kitchen replacement lights failed after two weeks. Over a period of five months, five appointments were made for Fortune Electrical to return and repair the two installations failed. Excuses were trusted and accepted, but my patience has been exhausted.

Matthew was brilliant throughout. When he came to give a quote he gave me options and suggestions for what would work well. Communication with him was great. He turned up as arranged, worked hard, tidied up afterwards and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended. And a nice guy too!

Matthew helped me get my lights working, and I am now very proud of my new lighting system. Recommended!

Matthew came out quickly for the quote, and did the job the very next day for us. Matthew was polite, kind, helpful, tidy and professional. We would 100% use Fortune Electrical again and will recommend to our neighbours should they need Matthew’s services.

Both Matthew and his work colleague were extremely polite and conscientious in their work. They even put down matting to cover the floor underneath the area where the fuse box was being changed. They checked all the electrical circuits before commencing the work and again once the work was completed. Once the job was completed they hovered and cleaned up all the mess mad. They did not leave us until they were sur we were satisfied with all the work done. We are very happy with the work done and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone requiring electrical work done.

Do not trust, hasnt even finished first part of the job fully and disappeard. Called 50 times and no pick up, absolute joke. I Do not recommend.
