From the initial call to being back in my flat, the whole process took just under an hour. Considering the locksmith was at another job when I called and it was a Saturday evening, this was faster than expected. Freddy was kind and helpful throughout the whole experience. Hopefully, I won’t need these services again, but if I do, Freddy will be my first call.
