Wanted a couple of large windows fited and asked for a quotation and discussed type of windows which would help with noise. Rich was great and explained everything Steve the surveyor came to measure to ensure all was going to be ok and that we were happy with our choice. Donna was great keeping us informed and advised all through our timescales. We had the windows fited today by Joe and Sean who I have to say were brilliant they worked really heard taking into account our nervious cat the windows are brilliant .no noi This is a great firm I would recommend them we are very pleased .

We had a new front door fitted . The work carried out was very professional the fitters worked well no mess left behind and a brilliant job done we are extremely pleased with our purchase.

The whole experience from the initial support from Jo to the fitting from Keith and Jay was superb. Excellent communication and friendly fitters. The French doors look fabulous and have transformed our room. We will 100% use this company again.

I can highly recommend Fortress. From the initial enquiry, the sales process, the survey, the fitters and the office staff, everything was plain sailing, professional and delivered with excellent customer care. We had four new windows fitted along with a new back door and the guys did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and were helpful and polite. The overall price was reasonable and competitive.
