Dave was very quick to reply to calls and emails and was very helpful when answering queries. Provided a clear, good value-for-money quote. Gave accurate timescales and provided regular updates on the planned arrival and installation of the door. Excellent workmanship and very efficient. Recently had windows supplied and installed by Fortress upvc. Very happy with the service provided from start to finish. David responded to my enquiry very quickly and provided and in-depth quote detailing the work that would be carried out. The work was carried out within 4 weeks of the quote being agreed and the work carried out was to a high standard. This the 5th or 6th time we have engaged the services of Dave Martin, proprietor of Fortress UPVC for uPVC work on our doors and windows. As always, Dave is the consummate professional, friendly and approachable and always working with consideration for the customer, with work carried out meticulously and to the highest of standards. On this occasion, Dave returned to clad sills of windows he had installed previously. Another excellent experience. Our main line of business is upvc windows, doors and conservatories however we also install fascia, soffits, guttering and car ports. All our products come in a wide range of finishes / colours and also include the latest energy efficient features - 70mm multi-chambered profiles, advanced coated glass with argon filled units and warm edge spacer bar, as you'd expect 'A' rated as standard this can even be increased to 'A' +8 ! for your total comfort.
As our name suggests we are hot on securing your home, so with that in mind our windows are internally glazed with secured by design ' YALE' shootbolt locking and hinge side protection ( anti crow bar ). With our doors you get ' LOCKMASTER ' multi-point locking mechanism with 10 year mechanical breakdown guarantee ( paddock )
When it comes to composite doors we can supply and fit ' DOORSTOP ' and ' ROCKDOOR ' the ultimate door range with a whole host of designs / colours / glass choices and security features - please ask for a brochure. Conservatories can be supplied and installed in various designs - Bi-fold doors, patio doors ( patio master ), stable doors, sliding sash windows and tilt/turn windows........etc.
All our work is covered by a 10 year insurance backed guarantee and we are CERTASS registered.
