  Emergency help. Up and over garage door stuck open on a Winter Saturday afternoon. Reply within the hour and fixed between 18:00 and 17:00. Mark was very personable and reassuring. Did the necessary and without asking serviced the other door; which now works more smoothly than it did before.. Next day got a follow up text to make sure everything ok. 5 star service!!!

  excellent service all round, from the quote to the instalk. Fitter arrived on time, all done in a very professional manner. took me through all the operating of the door ots security features and how they work, also the manual override.. very polite and work well on tea... thank you

  I needed a garage door installer which could also quote for the work needed to install a lintel. Andy of Fortress offered advice & was able to adjust the original order to my preference with no hassle. He was able to provide the lintel work with his trusted contractors Oliver Mathew Construction on the Monday & Andy’s team installed my electric garage door the next day as agreed. Both teams were friendly, helpful & workmanship was excellent & both cleared up afterwards. I needed a one stop service to avoid potential headaches & problems with dealing with separate companies, highly recommended.

  remove old wooden garage door replaced with a new metal up and over door

  mark came round very quickly after I made contact with him gave us a quote to remove and replace our garage door we accepted his quote mark ordered the door gave us a rough guide how long it would be and true to his word work has been completed.
