  Mark was a true gent a very nice guy who explained his every move. He had parts for the door when other companies said there was no spares available. would I use him again I sure would with no hesitation. once again thanks Mark from Fortress Doors....

  Great price, great product, would highly recommend.

  We agreed a price, that I believe was very good and the date was then arranged, at our convenience. Blokes turned up on time. Worked carried out, quickly, yet very professionally, with no mess. The garage door is great, with all features working exactly as described. Would highly recommend.

  Emergency garage door repair

  Garage door mechanism jammed with the door wide open in the late afternoon- leaving me with a significant home security issue. Mark responded to my request for assistance within 5 minutes - came the same evening- and did a thorough and professional job repairing and overhauling the mechanism. Clear, transparent and fair pricing indicated in advance.

  **5 Star Service**

  Emergency help. Up and over garage door stuck open on a Winter Saturday afternoon. Reply within the hour and fixed between 18:00 and 17:00. Mark was very personable and reassuring. Did the necessary and without asking serviced the other door; which now works more smoothly than it did before.. Next day got a follow up text to make sure everything ok. 5 star service!!!

  excellent service all round, from the quote to the instalk. Fitter arrived on time, all done in a very professional manner. took me through all the operating of the door ots security features and how they work, also the manual override.. very polite and work well on tea... thank you
