The lock failed, and I called Fort Locks via the Check a Trade site, I had no means of securing my property. Within an hour of my call Kevin arrived and explained that the lock was of an older style, this I knew (19 yrs) He checked with his supplier who had a lock in stock and went off to collect it. He returned after about 45 minutes and within 15 minutes the new lock was fitted. Kevin explained about the lock that had been fitted, quality etc. He also changed the door handles at my request, he cleared up and took away all rubbish. I was very pleased with the workmanship and service.

I called Fort Locks in the morning and he was able to fit me in on the same day, He kept me upto date with when he would arrive and arrived on time. He provided a quote and stuck to it, repaired the lock quickly and effectively I wouldn't hesitate to use his servicers again,

Kevin turned up within 30mins (as he had promised) and not only replaced the locks but also fixed the alignment of the door and the locking pins for no extra cost. What a gent and what a service. Many thanks!

It was a pleasure to do business with Kevin. The work was done quickly, efficiently and to a very high standard which I could tell was the norm for him. It’s fair to say he goes the extra mile. Will definitely use Fort Locks again.

I emailed Kevin late on Saturday about the gearbox failing on our French doors. He called me on Sunday and attended in the afternoon, and fitted a new gearbox, tested and adjusted the lock and door. Kevin was easy to deal with and did a quick, clean job. We're very happy with him and his work and will use him again.
