Kevin arrived within 20 mins of our phone call and sorted the repair straight away. He was clear with pricing up front and was really patient in dealing with the lock which was a little tricky to remove. I would definitely recommend him.

Kevin, is always super helpful during the repairs I needed, he was very prompt at getting the work done quickly and always to an excellent standard.

Front door wouldn’t engage lock, phoned Fort Locks and they were at my door within 2 hours. He removed the lock and the strip that goes down the door, no messing about to get parts etc, as he has a large van with all the parts, and the job was done in about 15 minutes. Can’t really get anymore reliable. Thank you.
