  We are absolutely delighted with the work carried out by John and his team at Fortis Electrical. The roof-integrated solar panels look absolutely brilliant (a really neat job) and we're amazed at how much electricity we're already saving. John, Luke and Matthew were so polite and professional, with great communication throughout. The quote seemed good value, with no hidden extras. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone thinking of installing solar panels. We don't actually have an electric car yet, but decided to have an EV charger installed for future use. 10/10!

  We have found John and his colleagues to be honest, helpful, flexible and reliable throughout. John was happy to listen to our requirements when he visited and used them to produce a well priced quality package which was customised to our needs, rather than just push a standard package of subpar equipment like some other solar installers had done. The install looks neat and the generation is providing a welcome reduction to our electricity bills! If you are contemplating Solar or battery storage, I'd highly recommend contacting Fortis to discuss options and get a decent quote!

  Solar Panels, Battery and Car Charger installation

  The fortis team were very efficient, and worked with minimum disruption to the household. They were very communicative and polite. The whole system was installed within a week and the scaffolding came and went really quickly. They left no mess, and explained everything as they went. They dealt with a last minute change of plan for the battery placing without any issue.

  In the ‘Wild West’ of the Solar Panel market where companies quote you silly money then start offering discounts at the least resistance to get the business, it is refreshing to find a company like Fortis who offer a detailed quote and no pressure and sensible pricing. John knows the market well and has a great website. He delivered what he promised with a great team of people. The scaffolding on our neighbours property was only there for the minimum amount of time. I would not hesitate in recommending Fortis not just for Solar Power but any other electrical works needed. Great job John

  Solar panels and batteries

  John and his team have been great with the installation of solar panels and batteries for us. From quoting to after care he has listened and responded appropriately and with thought. With his team there is a strong sense of cohesion and quality and I felt reassured that there was significant experience. The planning of the project was thorough and very clear. I have recommended Fortis electrical to a close friend. John has all the required certification for a solar installer including MCS for the batteries as well as the panels. You may find other installers do not have the battery MCS.

  I could not recommend the Fortis team more, high quality, great communication, great value and personal service. During the installation the right choices were always made and some options which I knew were decoratively right but hard to do were always chosen, which is why I took the opportunity to do additional minor electrical work. All the paper work was handled for me, and because it was the same personal from survey to after sales my ideas were carried though. A local company with good communication, an eye for detail really can't be beaten.
